Banana Hot Biscuits (Jamaican) Recipe

• 2 x ripe bananas
• 1 Tbsp. lard
• 1 c. flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 pch salt

1. Mash bananas.
2. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt.
3. Cut in lard.
4. Make dough with mashed bananas and flour mix.
5. Roll out on floured pastry board.
6. Cut into 2 1/2" rounds.
7. Prick tops of rounds with fork and place on greased, floured tin sheet.
8. Bake in warm oven for 10 min.
