• 150 grams butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 green gel food colouring
• 250 grams butter
• 500 grams icing sugar
• 1 sweets to decorate

1. Preheat oven to 150, whisk butter, sugar and eggs, add flour and whisk.
2. Bake for 12-15 mins.
3. Buttercream: whisk butter until light, add icing sugar and food colouring.
