Borden Rich Lemon Bars Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. 10x sugar
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. 10x sugar
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flour & 10x sugar in bowl.
- Cut in butter till crumbly.
- Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake 15 min.
- Mix Large eggs, sugar, baking pwdr, lemon juice and 3T flour together.
- Pour over baked crust.
- Bake 20 to 25 min till lightly browned.
- Cold and cut into bars.
- Sprinkle with remaining 10x sugar.
- Stor in refridgerator.
- This is similar to Vicki's Lemon Bars.
