AMIEs FENNEL, ORANGE & HAZELNUT salad

  1. Peel the oranges and cut off the pith.
  2. Slice oranges into thin rounds, removing any pips.
  3. Thinly slice the fennel and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the orange slices and hazelnuts.
  5. Drizzle with oil, whisk salt and toss to coat.
  6. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Serves 4.
