Weisscar

• 1 1/4 oz. Cognac or brandy
• 1 oz. orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 oz. Bavarian Hefeweizen
• Lemon wedge

1. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake for seven to eight seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
