Steve 'n' Emmanuel's Chocolate Milky Cake

  1. Preheat oven ( 350 F ).
  2. Melt chocolate, butter ( or margarine ), milk, cocoa and sugar in a pan.
  3. Mix dried coffee and milk, then combine with mixture in the pan.
  4. Take away from stove.
  5. Quickly add the vanilla extract.
  6. Stir in flour.
  7. In a small bowl, mix eggs, vinegar, salt and baking soda and beat well.
  8. Add to batter.
  9. Slightly beat the batter.
  10. Carefully stir in the tangerine bits
  11. Add sparklnig water and beat well
  12. Bake for 1 1/2 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  13. Cool in pans for 10 minutes then turn out the cake and cool on a wire rack.
  14. Frost cake
