Hot Fudge Upside Down Cake Mix

  1. Mix dry cake ingredients together.
  2. Flour, sugar, coco, baking powder, salt.
  3. Place in zippy bag if storing as a mix and label.
  4. Mix dry topping ingrediants together.
  5. Brown Sugar and coco.
  6. Place in zippy bag if storing as a mix and label.
  7. To Serve: In ungreased 9x9 pan stir together with a fork the dry cake mix and wet ingredients (Milk, oil, vanilla), spread mix even in pan.
  8. Sprinkle dry topping on top of cake mix.
  9. gently pour on top 1 3/4 cups hottest tap water.
  10. This will make the fudge.
  11. cook at 350 for 40 minute.
  12. Serve inverted toped with ice-cream.
