Chicken and Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Rinse chicken pieces, then season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix soups and water together in a large bowl.
  4. Add rice to the soup mixture and stir all together.
  5. Pour soup/rice mixture into a greased/sprayed 9x13 glass baking dish.
  6. Place chicken pieces on top of rice and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  7. Bake uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve this chicken and rice with your favorite vegetable or salad.
