Chicken and Rice
- 8 pieces Chicken, Skin-on And Bone-in
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream Of Celery Soup
- 23 cups Water
- 1- 1/2 cup White Rice (If You Choose To Use Brown Rice, Increase The Water To 1 1/3 Cups)
- Paprika To Taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Rinse chicken pieces, then season them with salt and pepper.
- Mix soups and water together in a large bowl.
- Add rice to the soup mixture and stir all together.
- Pour soup/rice mixture into a greased/sprayed 9x13 glass baking dish.
- Place chicken pieces on top of rice and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Bake uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.
- Serve this chicken and rice with your favorite vegetable or salad.
