Pork With Chinese Flavor

  1. Cook noodles, drain and rinse.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet.
  3. Tilt to coat evenly.
  4. Add egg and tilt again.
  5. When egg is set, remove.
  6. Cut into strips.
  7. Set aside.
  8. In same skillet, cook pork in 2 more tablespoons oil until browned.
  9. Add celery and onion; cook 2 minutes.
  10. Add chicken broth.
  11. Combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger and soy sauce.
  12. Stir into pork mixture.
  13. Cook and stir until thickened and boil 1 minute.
  14. Remove.
