Chicken Shrimp Supreme

  1. In saucepan, melt butter; add mushrooms and onion, saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Add soup; gradually stir in sherry and half and half. Add cheese and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
  3. Add chicken and shrimp; do not boil.
  4. Stir in parsley and serve over rice.
  5. This may be served in a chafing dish.
  6. May be prepared, covered and refrigerated and reheated just before serving.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
