Spiced Oranges

  1. Peel and thinly slice the oranges, arrange in a shallow dish.
  2. Gently heat the brandy, juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Allow to cool, and pour over orange slices.
  4. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.
  5. Combine the Philly*, honey and rind.
  6. Serve orange slices with a dollop of philly mixture, and scattered with almonds.
