Hawaiian Meatless Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Spread each English muffin half with about 1 tsp.
  3. barbecue sauce; top evenly with sausage, cheese, pineapple, peppers and onions.
  4. Bake on baking sheet for 4 to 6 min.
  5. or until cheese is melted.
  6. Heat cauliflower and carrots as directed on package; top with lemon juice and margarine.
  7. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  8. Enjoy a banana per person for dessert
  9. Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of Sugar Free Kool-Aid, or drinking water, per person.
