Hawaiian Meatless Pizza
- 4 100% whole wheat , cut in half lengthwise
- 8 tsp. KRAFT Barbecue Sauce, any flavor
- 2 BOCA Meatless Smoked Sausages, cooked, sliced
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, peeled, sliced
- 2 cups chopped frozen cauliflower
- 2 cups sliced frozen carrots
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) , Favorite Flavor, or 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Spread each English muffin half with about 1 tsp.
- barbecue sauce; top evenly with sausage, cheese, pineapple, peppers and onions.
- Bake on baking sheet for 4 to 6 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Heat cauliflower and carrots as directed on package; top with lemon juice and margarine.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- Enjoy a banana per person for dessert
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of Sugar Free Kool-Aid, or drinking water, per person.
