Sonyas Favorite Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Sweat the vegetables in a little bit of olive oil (or any vegetable oil you prefer).
  2. Use a BIG Dutch oven or casserole pan for this.
  3. In another pan, cook the ground meat mixture until done.
  4. Add the browned meat to the vegetables, as well as the rest of the vegetable/seasoning mixture.
  5. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Add the sauce mixture and mix well.
  7. Cook on VERY LOW HEAT for 3 hours.
