Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 1/4 pounds Prosciutto Thinly Sliced
- 13 cups Cream Cheese
- 18 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Exra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Black Pepper To Taste
- Heat over to 425.
- Grease cookie sheet with olive oil.
- Wash and dry asparagus, trim bottom.
- Smear one piece of prosciutto with small amount of cream cheese.
- Wrap one spear of asparagus with prosciutto, cream cheese on the inside.
- Place spear on cookie sheet.
- Repeat till all spears are wrapped.
- Sprinkle spears with 1/2 of the Parmesan and pepper.
- Place in oven for 7 minutes.
- Turn spears after 7 minutes, add remaining Parmesan.
- Bake 8 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
