Ice Cream Supreme

• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 3 cups crispy rice cereal
• 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

1. In a saucpan, melt chocolate and peanut butter together.
2. Add cereal; mix until coated.
3. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
4. Reserve 3/4 cup; combine remaining mixture with ice cream.
5. Spread in a springform pan; top with remaining cereal mixture.
6. Freeze 4 hours or over night.
7. Recipe can be doubled.
