best beef burgers
- 500 grams mince beef
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 finely chopped red chilli
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 3 minced garlic
- 4 4-6 burger baps
- 125 grams chilli chedder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- in a large mixing bowl add the first 8 ingrediants & mix ensuring that all the ingrediants are combined well.
- heat the oil in a large frying pan.
- divide the meat mix into 6 portions ( or 4 huge ones).
- mould into patties, use a burger press if u have 1.
- Add them to the pan 3 at a time.
- Brown each side for 5-7 mins
- add any salad & sauce to the burger buns add the burgers and the the sliced cheese on top.
