Party Meatballs

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Form 1 inch balls.
  3. Fry in oil, turning fairly often, about 12 minutes, until browned through.
  4. Serve warm and provide sauces for dipping: salsa, ketchup, horseradish (see below), kinky peanut sauce (see below).
  5. Horseradish - Combine 2 tablespoon sour cream with 1 tablespoon horseradish.
  6. Stir in some ground pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
  7. Kinky peanut sauce - melt 2 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 teaspoon honey.
