Creamy Broccoli-Bacon Bake

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Add broccoli and carrots to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  5. Cook and stir cream cheese product, milk, onions and garlic in same saucepan on medium-low heat 2 min.
  6. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  7. Gradually add reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency.
  8. Add cooked vegetables; stir until evenly coated.
  9. Spoon vegetable mixture into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheddar and bacon.
  10. Cover.
  11. Bake 25 min.
  12. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.
