Creamy Broccoli-Bacon Bake
- 6 cups small fresh broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Add broccoli and carrots to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
- Cook and stir cream cheese product, milk, onions and garlic in same saucepan on medium-low heat 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Gradually add reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency.
- Add cooked vegetables; stir until evenly coated.
- Spoon vegetable mixture into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheddar and bacon.
- Cover.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.
