Mintypops

• 34 cup mascarpone cheese
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 8 chocolate-covered mint candies, chopped into small pieces

1. Whizz everything together in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into plastic molds and freeze.
3. For an extra treat, dip the ends into cool melted chocolate.
