Beer - Braised Beef Short Ribs

  1. Put short ribs into a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Add broth,beer,onion, molasses,vinegar,thyme,hot pepper sauce and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat for 11-12 hours.
  4. Or on high setting for six hours.
  5. Using a pair of tongs remove the short ribs and cover with foil to keep warm.
  6. Skim the fat from the broth.
