Mexican Style Bean Salad
- 1 green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 310g can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
- 310g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup KRAFT French Dressing
- alfalfa sprouts to garnish
- Combine capsicum, onion, chick peas, red kidney beans and dressing.
- Allow to stand for 1 hour.
- Place on a serving dish and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
