Gingerbread Cookie Latte

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients just to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat; cook 3 min.
  2. or until thickened to syrup-like consistency.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Heat milk just until warmed; pour into 4 mugs.
  5. Add coffee and sugar syrup; stir until well blended.
