Gingerbread Cookie Latte
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup brewed strong Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee Rite Aid $5.99 thru 02/06
- Bring first 4 ingredients just to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat; cook 3 min.
- or until thickened to syrup-like consistency.
- Remove from heat.
- Heat milk just until warmed; pour into 4 mugs.
- Add coffee and sugar syrup; stir until well blended.
