Sausage and Sweet Peppers

  1. Cook sausage using olive oil in a large skillet on medium.
  2. Brown each side and then drain excess oil.
  3. Cook chopped garlic, sliced peppers and onions.
  4. After it cooks down, add salt and pepper, Marsala wine, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Once the peppers and onions cook down with the tomatoes, add cut up sausage and cook on low.
  6. Add basil, parsley, honey and red pepper flakes.
  7. Turn off stove and cover.
  8. Allow time for flavors to blend.
  9. And serve on your choice of bread!
  10. Enjoy!
