Caramel-Banana Pudding Dessert

  1. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  3. Arrange 7 cake slices in bottom of 13x9-inch pan; drizzle with half the caramel topping.
  4. Cover with layers of half each of the pudding mixture and bananas.
  5. Top with layers of remaining cake slices, caramel topping and pudding mixture; top with remaining banana slices.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts.
