Marinated Shrimp And Pasta Salad

  1. Cook macaroni shells as package directs; rinse and drain.
  2. In small jar with tight fitting lid or cruet, combine oil, lemon juice concentrate, salad dressing mix and horseradish; shake well. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except lettuce.
  3. Toss with dressing.
  4. Cover; chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve on lettuce, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
  7. Serves 8 to 10.
