Simmered Cod
- 4 Cod fillets
- 100 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- Lightly wash the cod and use a paper towel to pat dry the moisture.
- Add the sauce to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the cod.
- Close with a lid and simmer for about 3 minutes, occasionally pouring the sauce over the cod.
- Then it's done.
