Fresh from My Garden Salad #RSC
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 14 cup fresh parsley
- 14 cup chives, Chopped
- 14 cup shallot, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 4 cups fresh corn
- 12 cup cherry tomatoes
- 12 cup green pepper, Chopped
- 12 cup red pepper, Chopped
- 1 leaf lettuce (optional)
- In bowl, mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, chives, shallots, sugar, salt & pepper.
- Add Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix.
- Stir together well.
- Toss in corn, tomatoes, and peppers.
- Optional:.
- Spread leaf lettuce on platter and top with mixture for nice presentation.
