Whole Wheat Vegan Cheese Scones

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in food processor and pulse.
  4. Combine milk, water, and vinegar and set aside.
  5. Add "butter" and "cheese" to food processor and pulse until mix is crumbly.
  6. Empty into large bowl, add wet mixture and stir just until combined.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done.
