Sauerkraut And Polish Kielbasa Recipe

  1. Cut sausage into coin shaped pcs.
  2. Mix cut sausage with sauerkraut.
  3. Add in sausage drippings or possibly bacon drippings to mix.
  4. Put in 2 qt casserole at 350 degrees.
  5. Cover first 45 min; uncover last 45 min.
