Breakfast Sausage

  1. In a bowl mix ground pork thoroughly with seasons.
  2. Mix water into pork.
  3. Shape pork mixture into medium size patties approx 1/4" thick.
  4. Fry patties on medium heat for approx 1-2 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside.
  5. NOTE: This pork mixture may also be stuffed into casings (Italian sausage size)--cut into links--fryed or grilled--served with BBQ sauce as a delicious"Hot Link" sausage!
