Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Get peppers ready to stuff.
  2. I like to parboil them for about 2 minutes (it shortens the baking time).
  3. Mix all the ingredients except tomato sauce.
  4. Stuff the peppers, then cover with the tomato sauce.
  5. Bake in 325 degree F oven for about 45 minutes.
  6. Let the peppers rest for a few minutes before serving.
