Alfredo Made Easy
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Hot cooked fettuccine
- Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until just heated through.
- Toss with hot cooked fettuccine.
- Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 2 cups sauce or enough to toss with 1/2 pound fettuccine, cooked.
