Cajun Potato Bake #SP5
- 1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup peeled crawfish tail (cooked in seasoning of choice or frozen, but thawed)
- Prepare potatoes as directed.
- Spray 8x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Stir all ingredients in with potatoes in large bowl until blended.
- Bake in baking dish for 20 minutes on 400.
