Homestyle Pancake Mix Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in tightly covered jar.
  2. To cook, add in 1 c. water to 1 c. mix; use less water if you want a thicker pancake.
  3. Stir only till lumps disappear.
  4. Lightly coat a non stick skillet or possibly griddle with cooking spray and preheat till drops of cool water bounce and sputter.
  5. Drop batter to desired size and cook till bubbles form and edges begin to dry.
  6. Turn only once.
  7. 213 calories per 3" to 4" pancake.
