Honey Balsomic Argula Salad
- 2 tablespoons balsomic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 6 cups arugula, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 14 cup sliced red onion
- 14 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for onions,argula, walnuts, and stir well with a whisk.
- Add argula, onions, and walnuts, and toss gently.
