Microwave Hawaiian Meatballs

  1. Mix ground beef, eggs, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, onion, pepper, nutmeg, salt, garlic salt and cracker crumbs.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Place in shallow 4 quart container.
  4. Microwave on High about 10 minutes.
  5. Rearrange once.
  6. Drain.
