Frozen Toblerone Two-Tone Dessert
- 100g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
- 100g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate, melted
- 400g can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 600ml thickened cream

- Place the Toblerone* into two small saucepans.
- Add half the condensed milk and half the brandy to each and gently heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Transfer mixtures into two freezer-proof bowl and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until cold.
- Transfer the milk Toblerone* mixture into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Beat in half the cream until soft peaks form.
- Spoon mixture into a baking paper lined 12 x 22cm loaf pan.
- Transfer the dark Toblerone* mixture into the mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Beat in remaining cream until soft peaks form.
- Spoon over the milk Toblerone* mixture.
- Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Turn out onto a serving plate, slice and serve with berries.
