Frozen Toblerone Two-Tone Dessert

  1. Place the Toblerone* into two small saucepans.
  2. Add half the condensed milk and half the brandy to each and gently heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer mixtures into two freezer-proof bowl and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until cold.
  4. Transfer the milk Toblerone* mixture into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Beat in half the cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Spoon mixture into a baking paper lined 12 x 22cm loaf pan.
  7. Transfer the dark Toblerone* mixture into the mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  8. Beat in remaining cream until soft peaks form.
  9. Spoon over the milk Toblerone* mixture.
  10. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Turn out onto a serving plate, slice and serve with berries.
