Sour Milk Biscuits Recipe

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients together, cut in shortening, add in lowfat milk and mix.
  2. Knead lightly using as little flour as possible on board.
  3. Roll to 1/2" thickness, cut with floured cutter, place on greased baking sheet and bake in very warm oven, 500 degrees, for 9 min.
  4. Makes 12 to 15 biscuits.
