Boneless Chicken Cutlets In Lemon Or Sherry Recipe

  1. Mix flour, paprika, garlic pwdr and pepper in qt size plastic bag.
  2. Shake 6 or possibly so chicken cutlets in bag with above mix till completely coated.
  3. Saute/fry in a large frying pan on both sides in Puritan oil.
  4. Add in a package of sliced mushrooms on top with 1/4 c. of lemon juice or possibly 1/2 c. of sherry.
  5. Cover and cook for 20 min.
  6. The former is lemon chicken and the later is a more elegant, gourmet type.
  7. Both are quick and easy.
