Xmas Pudding

• 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
• 1 cup mashed banana (must be ripe)
• 1 cup mixed fruit
• 1 teaspoon mixed spice
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg

1. Mix all together in a bowl.
2. Put in a greased bowl in steamer with lid.
3. Steam for two hours then serve!
