Creamy Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad
- 3/4 cup Kraft Caesar with Bacon Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. cleaned large shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 bag (284 g) torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Pour 1/4 cup of the dressing over shrimp in shallow glass dish; stir gently to evenly coat shrimp.
- Cover; refrigerate 30 min.

- Meanwhile, soak 4 wooden skewers in water.
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- GRILL 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Toss salad with the remaining 1/2 cup dressing; divide evenly among 4 salad plates.
- Top with the shrimp; sprinkle with croutons.
