Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

  1. Sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
  2. Stir in whole wheat flour.
  3. Beat eggs, oil, honey and lemon extract with rotary beater until smooth and frothy.
  4. Stir in zucchini.
  5. Add flour mixture; stir well, but do not beat.
  6. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  7. Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
  9. Bake in a 325u0b0 oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 1 loaf.
