Mexican Steak Recipe

  1. Trim excess fat from steak.
  2. Cut steak into 4 pcs and lb.
  3. to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  4. Brown steak in butter and place in a lightly greased shallow 2 qt casserole.
  5. Top with green chiles and taco sauce.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese; bake, uncovered, an additional 5 min.
  8. Yield: 4 servings.
