Creamy Potato & Chive Bake

  1. Pre heat oven to 180*C.
  2. Now- prep your veggies separately.
  3. Slice potatoes, dice bacon & pepper, grate cheeses, chop herbs.
  4. Layer ingredients into a baking/ casserole dish.
  5. Potatoes, bacon, peppers, herbs, cheese and then drizzle a little cream.
  6. Repeat process until you are happy with size of the dish, finishing with a layer of potato.
  7. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, uncover and top with extra cheese, paprika and salt & pepper.
  9. Return to the oven and bake until potato is soft and creamy and topping is golden brown.
  10. Great side dish with a juicy fat beef steak- nice piece of pork.. Whatever tickles your taste buds!
  11. Enjoy!
