Balsamic Glazed Flank Steak

  2. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper and steak seasoning.
  3. Set aside.

  5. For the glaze, in a small pot over low heat, whisk the butter, finely chopped onion, balsamic, light brown sugar and beef broth.

  7. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often until reduced to 1/4 cup.
  8. Meanwhile, either grill the flank steak to your liking or cook it on the stove (using cooking spray on the pan first).

  10. Slice the steak into 1/4 inch pieces.
  11. Drizzle the balsamic sauce on top and serve immediately.
