Balsamic Glazed Flank Steak
- 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak, Trimmed Of Extra Fat
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Steak Seasoning (I Used McCormick's Steakhouse Seasoning Grinder)
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Beef Broth
- 1.
- Season the flank steak with salt, pepper and steak seasoning.
- Set aside.

- For the glaze, in a small pot over low heat, whisk the butter, finely chopped onion, balsamic, light brown sugar and beef broth.

- Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often until reduced to 1/4 cup.
- Meanwhile, either grill the flank steak to your liking or cook it on the stove (using cooking spray on the pan first).

- Slice the steak into 1/4 inch pieces.
- Drizzle the balsamic sauce on top and serve immediately.
