Stuffed squid

  1. ~For marinating the squid: - In a bowl mix the ingredients and marinate for an hour or two.
  2. ~For stuffing: Finely chop all the veggies, deveined the shrimp and season with a" tbs coriander powder, a"tbs black pepper, a pinch of salt.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. ~For preparing the stuffing: -heat little oil in pan, saute the crushed garlic for few seconds, add shrimp to it saute a couple of minutes and add sweet corn.
  5. Add the rest of the vegetables and saute for 5-7 minutes.
  6. ~For Stuffing: -fill each squid tube with the stuffing and secure it with a tooth pick or a bamboo skewer.
  7. -heat generous amount of oil in pan and pan fry the stuffed squid tubes or deep fry until light golden brown.
  8. (Do not overcook) takes about 5-10minutes
  9. Garnish with parsley or spring onions.
  10. Dip with your favorite sauce.
  11. Enjoy ^^
