Bacon Gravy
- 1/2 lb Bacon, ends and pieces.
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tbsp heaping, Knox bouillon
- 2 cup boiling water
- Cook the chopped up bacon.
- Add the flour and cook until toasty brown.
- Add the bouillon and 2 cups of boiling water.
- Will splash so be careful.
- Stir for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
- Adjust bouillon for salt taste but that's it!
- Can add an ounce or so of soy sauce for a richer color but back off on the bouillon or it'll be too salty!
