Cherry Sauce For Ham Recipe

  1. In saucepan, combine jelly and mustard.
  2. Stir in pineapple juice and sherry.
  3. Cook and stir to boiling.
  4. Simmer 2 or possibly 3 min.
  5. Set aside about 1/3 c. of sauce for basting ham.
  6. Add in cherry pie filling and raisins to remaining sauce.
  7. Bring to boil, stirring.
  8. Lower heat and simmer 5-10 min.
  9. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  10. Can be made several days ahead and heat before serving.
