Pulled Pork, Korean Style, slow cooker

  1. Put everything but pork in a food processor, pulse until a paste forms
  2. Spread paste mixture over pork.
  3. Wrap pork in plastic, keep in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours before cooking
  4. Put roast in a slow cooker/crock pot, set to low, cook for 8 hours.
  5. Remove from slow cooker, let cool until you can work with it.
  6. Using forks, hands, what have you, pull it apart.
