Chicken Casserole

  1. Stew chicken in water until tender.
  2. Remove from broth.
  3. Remove chicken from bone and cut into pieces.
  4. Line a 7x11 buttered casserole with pieces.
  5. Mix soup an sour cream, pour over chicken.
  6. Crush crackers,sprinkle over soup mixture.
  7. Melt margarine and pour over top of casserole.
  8. Bake at 350 oven for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
  9. NOTE: You can use just 1 stick for margarine.
  10. And it will work out just fine.
